As a Project & Account Manager at Brixon Group, you’re not just part of the team—you’re the one who ensures the whole machine runs smoothly. Acting as the glue between clients, internal teams, and external service providers, you’ll oversee every aspect of project execution, ensuring priorities are met and no detail is overlooked.
You’ll build strong client relationships and translate their needs into actionable plans, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. As the face of Brixon for your accounts, you’ll know your clients inside and out, ensuring every project delivers value and exceeds expectations. Beyond this, you’ll play a vital role in growing our business by supporting sales efforts and identifying new opportunities to create impact.
Project Management:
Oversee and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, using tools like ClickUp and Notion to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll keep priorities clear, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. You’ll understand their challenges, goals, and businesses better than anyone else, positioning yourself as their go-to advisor.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and produce measurable results.
Sales Enablement:
Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities with existing clients, prepare proposals, and participate in client pitches. Your ability to build trust and convey value will be key in expanding client accounts.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Act as the link between clients, designers, developers, and external partners. You’ll ensure seamless communication, align expectations, and bring clarity to every step of the process.
Occasional Travel:
Visit clients for important project milestones, workshops, or strategy sessions to strengthen relationships and deliver added value.
