About the role

You’ll be a driving force of creativity in our team, turning ideas into stunning web designs, digital media, and print materials. This role is demanding, fast-paced, and rewarding.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Web Design and UI Optimization: Create visually compelling and user-friendly web designs tailored to client needs.
• Print and Digital Media Creation: Design a variety of materials, including brochures, flyers, trade show graphics, social media posts, and presentations.
• Brand Development: Evolve and maintain cohesive corporate designs for clients and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Campaign Support: Conceptualize and execute innovative graphic elements for marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

We need a high-performing designer with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A completed degree or training in Graphic Design, Media Design, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working with print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A solid understanding of modern design trends and a commitment to staying up-to-date.
• A strong focus on user-centered design and digital experiences.
• Creativity, an eye for typography, and a structured approach to your work.
• Communication skills in English (B1 or higher); German is a plus.
